Terms and conditions
General provisions:
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document establishing the rights, obligations, terms of payment, obligations, obligations, procedures for delivery and return of goods between the Buyer and the Seller and the liability of the purchase of goods in the online shop www.jurgaartlab.com (hereinafter the E-Shop).
1.2. All buyers performing the purchase action confirm that they are familiar with and agree with these Rules, undertake to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.3. The Seller (E-shop) may change/supplement the Rules and terms without prior notice.
Conclusion of a purchase and sale contract:
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer clicks on the Order/Buy button after forming a shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, selecting the method of payment and confirming that he is familiar with the E-Shop Rules. The goods are prepared and sent to the address specified by the Buyer only after receiving the confirmation of payment for the goods.
2.2 The prices of the goods in the E-shop and in the formed order are indicated in euro.
2.3. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following methods:
2.3.1. E-banking payment is a prepayment using the e-banking system by the Buyer. In order to use this form of settlement, the Buyer must have an e-banking agreement with one of the following banks: SEB bank; AB Swedbank; DNB Nord bankas; Parex bank; Ūkio bank; Danske bank; Nordea bank; Snoras bank. The Buyer transfers the money to the E-shop’s checking account. The responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, as all monetary transactions take place via the bank’s e-mail. in the banking system.
2.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only when payment for the goods is received, the parcel of the goods begins to be formed and the time limit for delivery of the goods begins to run.
2.5. All contracts concluded between the Buyer/Seller are stored in the E-Shop.
Rights and obligations of the Buyer:
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the E-Shop in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
3.2. The Buyer must pay the agreed amount (indicated in the purchase) to the Seller for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.3. The Buyer must, in the billing and registration form, provide the E-Shop with the correct information necessary for the purchase/sale transaction.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods to the Seller (E-Shop) within the time limits provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Return of goods:
4.1. The Buyer pays for sending the returned goods.
4.2. The Seller applies a 14-day return guarantee in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (Remote selling rules approved by order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001).
4.2 The returned goods must be undamaged, intact, unused, clean, with safety stickers (seals) intact, in the original packaging, have all the security films and other attributes received during the purchase.
4.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods that have lost their original merchantable appearance.
4.4. The E-Shop is not liable for the returned goods that are not received with no fault of the Seller.
4.5. The following details must be provided when returning the goods:
customer’s full name,
the order number from which the goods are to be returned,
specific returned goods,
reasons for return.
These are prerequisites for a refund for the goods returned.
Returned or exchanged goods must be sent by registered mail to: Tilto g. 46, Dvariškių vs., Riešės sen., Vilnius district, LT – 14256.
Shipping and delivery of goods:
5.1. All shipped goods are insured for at least the amount of the purchase.
5.2. The Seller (E-Shop) reserves the right to choose the sender – operator at own discretion (Lietuvos paštas, LP Express, Omniva). The Buyer may inform the Seller of the preferred method of delivery of the goods, which, of course, will be taken into account.
5.3. Nemokamai pristatoma Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijoje formatui iki 35×40 cm.
5.4. The cost of sending work in other formats is not included in the total price of the goods.
5.5 If the Buyer provides misleading or inaccurate information, the E-Shop shall not be liable for goods not delivered in time or delivered to the wrong address.
5.6. If the goods are delivered by the courier service, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment in the participation the representative of the courier service in the moment of the delivery of the goods. If the Buyer notices any damage to the goods, he shall have the right not to accept the goods and indicate this in the shipment packing slip. After the Buyer signs the document submitted by the courier service, it is considered that the goods have been handed over/delivered intact, in good condition.
5.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller (E-Shop) if the goods received in the shipment do not match the order.
5.8. The Buyer must pick up the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the appropriate address indicated in the Buyer’s payment and registration form, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
5.9. The Seller, having received the confirmation of payment for the goods, starts preparing the goods for dispatch. It takes up to 3 days, then the goods are sent to the Buyer. The Buyer should receive the goods in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania no later than 10 days after the receipt of payment. The Seller shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
Rights and obligations of the Seller (E-shop):
6.1. The E-Shop accepts no responsibility for inaccurate, false or inaccurate data provided by the Buyer and reserves the right not to execute the order.
6.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the information of the Buyer specified in the payment and registration form, and shall not transfer it to third parties.
6.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and prepaid, at the address indicated in the payment and registration form.
6.4. The Seller undertakes to offer an analogous or similar goods by notifying the Buyer of the information specified in the billing and registration form when it is not able to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or analogous offered goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the money within 10 business days.
6.5. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, to: restrict, suspend, cancel the Buyer’s registration, form, access to the E-Shop, if the Buyer attempts to attempts to somehow harm the operation or stable functioning of the E-Shop.
6.6. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, to temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the E-Shop in the event of important circumstances.
6.7. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
6.8. The Seller, at its sole discretion and without explanation, may refuse to accept the order and sell the goods to the Buyer.
Sending information and marketing actions:
7.1. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the payment and registration form.
7.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the e-mail address specified by the Seller (E-Shop).
7.3. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages due to bed internet connection, e-mail service provider’s network failures, messages loaded in the Spam directory, or due to incorrectly specified data.
7.4. The Seller has the right to change the terms of sale companies without notice, to cancel them, or to change the range of goods.
Final provisions:
8.1. These purchase and sale rules have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is made, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
